Full Project Management and Design
Our sales manager will arrange to meet with you to discuss the project, design, and specification. From the meeting we will initially provide a budget cost based on the information you have at that time, we can assist with the information required for the necessary consents, alternatively we can put you in touch with our partnered architect who will submit planning and building warrant applications and liaise with the local authority, engineers and SEPA all on your behalf. When you have your consents in place, we will then provide a fixed price contract for your project. We will commence on site within the agreed time frame and will ensure the full build is completed within the construction programme detailed to you at the contract stage.
Key in the Door
Our full build is a complete 'key in the door' package, based on the clients' requirements. Building your own home is all about your choices and ideas not ours.
From the initial meeting to discuss your project though to the keys being handed over to you at the end of the project, you will have a dedicated team working with you to ensure a stress free build.
